Traffic is one of the top concerns for most creators. We want more traffic, because we feel more traffic equals more money. Unless you have zero traffic, it’s unlikely you have a traffic problem. Instead you’ve got a conversion problem.

There are people leaking out of your orbit on a daily basis and it’s your job to reel them back in, hold them tight, and never let them go.

This means your landing page isn’t doing its job.

When your landing page isn’t doing its job (i.e., you lose too much of your traffic out of your orbit) you aren’t converting those new prospects into email subscribers.

…and it’s all about the email subscribers.

As a creator, your email list is your insurance policy against invisibility. You need to own your traffic, so you’re no longer at the mercy of losing your entire business to your favorite social platform.

When you own your traffic you own your business.

This means your landing page must work a lot harder for you. And not just to grab the low-hanging fruit (people willing to sign-up for anything), but to convert the people in your niche that require more information to make a sign-up…
