We get a lot of enquiries from hoteliers but also alternative accommodations such as serviced apartments, vacation rentals etc. What is the number one thing they ask?

Can your system do X

Sometimes it’s the smallest request such as a supporting an unusual city tax or putting a logo on the invoice. These are simple, often it’s something a little larger and unusual. We often say yes to these requests but if the hotel doesn’t become a customer we will never build that feature. so it goes unbuilt.

Can you integrate with x

Integrations cost us thousands so we don’t say yes easily here, but if it’s cloud based and the other party agrees to the integration then we can do it for you. While it doesn’t make sense financially for us it works out overall as integrations will also be useful to other customers one day!

Can you import our reservations?

Yes, We can import your reservations in many different ways, we would need the data in the form of a spreadsheet or CSV. We can also pull your booking directly from booking.com and Expedia.

Custom work or integrations (one off)

If it’s something that is only useful to your company like connecting to your self developed booking engine or system then fees will apply to cover the cost plus a small maintenance fee.

Channel Manager Connections

We connect with many channel managers (3 Currently) but if you love working with your channel manager we are happy to connect it!

Incoming Integrations

If you want to connect something to our system but our API doesn’t cover this yet, we are willing to build and open the API for your needs. There are no fees for this service

Some Terms and Conditions!

Major features such as email marketing system, spa booking system etc is not covered. If you think you need something major let us know and we can probably integrate with someone who does this job better!

We will cover the whole monthly cost of our system if you require a small feature or integration that we don’t yet have. Free account!

If the feature or request depends on a third party and their approval or timeframes then we have the right to end the offer and charge our monthly fees.
