The Booking Factory Winter Updates

Over the months we have been adding a few new features..

1. New User Profile — You can create Reception users now that cannot access any reports that can show your financials.
2. Invoice Statements — You can select multiple invoices and create an invoice statement to give for payment. This is a great feature if you are invoicing a customer with lots of rooms each month. You can also add one payment to pay off all the invoices.
3. Invoice & Guest Form Templates — You can now edit the templates for invoices and guest registration. Go crazy to get your exact needs done but you might need a developer unless it’s very basic changes.
4. Seasons in Calendar — Now theres a new option to show the seasons in your main booking calendar
5. Website Template — We added a new website template

What is coming?

1. Financial API — This will allow apps to connect to our data and accounting systems such as Xero
2. Deposit and Advance Payment Handling — We will better support deposits in the system with auto deposit invoice and deposit redeem feature.
