WELL, MEET HER

Velvety curtains have blinded my eyes
I want to run my hands through the air
As dewdrops kiss my skin and hair.
Once alive, the sun's rays
Will dance with me against the heat
Of soullessness and despair.
I once was pure as truth but as a pair-
Lies and truth cannot together eat.
I once was the child with scars and sweetness,
Today, I feel life has sucked me even boneless.
