A weekly self-care/ check-in routine
I’ve been doing sporadic check-ins on Twitter and I’m looking to make it more of a routine. My goal with the routine is to consistently revisit pieces of self-care that I believe are helpful, and to empower others to join along too. Here’s my devised schedule:
Mondays — start of the week
Reflection: What are you most excited to dive into this week?
Mondays are often hard for me so I want to shift that “ugh it’s Monday” feeling into a “fresh new week to dive into my goals!” feeling.
