[1] What’s a new technique or topic you’d like to try writing about?

I’d love to write more about aviation history. Specifically the development of airlines in the U.S. prior to deregulation; both the evolution of their networks, and the stories of the people behind each of those dots on the map.

[2] What are your top three values in life? Why are they your main values?

Be kind- I spent a lot of time being a total jerk to a lot of people whose only crime was proximity. What a waste of energy.

Talk less, listen more- Somewhat related to my point above. Being loudest voice in the room isn’t a badge of honor.

Be an example- I try to be an example of the kind of coworker I’d like to have had over the years. I also try and be the dad I never had.

All of these are very much works in progress.

[3] If you only had 5-minutes to squeeze in some mental health / self-care time, what would you do?

Get a massage! How is this even a question? Lol.

[4] What is one story, tradition…
