Cognitive Health refers to a person’s mental and emotional wellbeing. It is the ability to use your cognitive skills and abilities. This is the way the brain functions.

Cognitive health is also known as brain health, mental health or psychological health. It is important for people of all ages to stay physically and mentally healthy so they can live life to the fullest.

Some people think that it is okay to ignore their mental health. They don’t think it has any impact on their physical health. However, this is not true.

It has been shown that mental health often has a bigger impact on physical health than the other way around.
