that feeling of
disconnect can
turn into shame
of “not being good enough”

Hi I’m Lucy Dan 蛋小姐 (she/her/她) and this poem is partially inspired by thoughts, reflections and journal entries after reading Brené Brown’s Daring Greatly. She’s a researcher on shame and this book has honestly brought forth a lot of different … realizations.

Hop down the rabbit hole? 🐰🕳
