In shadows cast by societal decree,
A silent taboo, that no one should see.
But within her, resilience takes root,
As the moon wanes and her cycle reboots.

A hushed secret whispered in shame,
Yet she’s unbreakable, despite the blame.
Through discomfort and pain, she’ll glide,
With each crimson tide, she won’t hide.

With each month’s battle, she stands tall,
Unbroken, she’ll conquer it all.
In the crimson waves, her power is displayed,
A testament to womanhood’s crusade.

Her body, a temple, life’s divine plan,
Each cycle is a sign of the creation’s span.
In her blood, nature’s sacred design,
A symbol of life and strength intertwined.

To break the chains, end the silence’s reign,
Celebrate her strength, abolish the pain.
Menstruation is a symbol, clear and true,
Life, rebirth, and resilience in her view.
