Good mental health is absolutely important during a crisis situation like the coronavirus pandemic. People get affected with loneliness and isolation and many of them are facing attacks of anxiety and depression.
To combat this situation, I made a group of 20 friends. Every morning we met on Zoom at 11.30 AM for half an hour. We started our meeting with two exercises.
We did a clapping session. All of us clapped 100 times together. This group activity boosted our energy. After that, we laughed together starting slowly and then louder and louder. The forced laughter turned into real cheer and we all felt happy together.
