How do you lean into your strengths to pursue your goals and values? I’ve been reflecting on the societally upheld values (which, truthfully, may be my weaknesses) against the strengths I actually hold. I think I’ve spent an inordinate amount of time trying to become average in my areas of weakness, just to catch up.
