How Do You Rest Without Guilt?

I choose to rest, even though my mind often has other plans.

This whole unlearning the behaviors that toxic capitalism has brainwashed me to perform thing is hard work. It’s easier to tame the body, to force it to do something relaxing or joyful. But, taming the mind is different.
