It doesn’t mind of its individuality
Dry or with delicious gravy
Add any ingredient
and it will mold itself in its flavor
The versatile ingredient
which never goes out of fashion
Nobody can ignore it
or totally hate it
Put a bucket of french fries
to let them drool over it
Potato — A humble starchy tuber
Found all over the world
No discrimination,
Easily available all around
Mash it, boil it, steam it, roast it
It doesn’t complain
Sit back and relish it in its unique flavors
whether you in America, Europe, Africa, or Asia
