I was at a colleague’s place for a gathering when their fire alarm went off and there was a genuine evacuation.
He lived on the twentieth floor.
We had to evacuate by STAIRS. TWENTY FLOORS.
The thing is, we made it all the way to the first floor and hung around for a bit too. Everything turned out okay, other than my calves and butt.

I left that gathering thinking, boy, do I need to exercise more regularly.

#WritingPrompt: how often do you like to exercise? Could you take 20 flights of stairs no problem?
