What if you accidentally killed a unicorn?
‘The Startup Guru’ is an interactive story game and also a parody of the startup ecosystem, showcasing all the possible weird things that sometimes happen to a normal co-founder. The main characters have to overcome absurd obstacles before and during business creation. This story game is a fun approach to show current and future entrepreneurs that no matter what happens, take things calmly and make fun of them, instead of getting frustrated.
The story starts with the 4 co-founders, Jesus, Dani, Damián and Ines, having fun at their Christmas party. Instead of going home when they were already a bit tipsy, viewers voted them to get another round of shots…
This is when things escalate, they are driving drunk and hit over a unicorn on the road.
People voted Damián to check if it’s alive. While he was poking it with a stick, an envelope fell out of its belly pocket. Viewers could vote to call an ambulance but decided to pick up and open the envelope.
Surprise, surprise! There was a cheque with a huge amount of money inside.
There was only one downside: The cheque can only be redeemed if they created a company…
This is when they need the help of the audience to create a startup company from scratch and to overcome all the possible problems involved with creating the company.
