Brighton and Hove has a great reputation for nightlife, live music and seagulls, one person however disagrees and are taking the seagulls to court in the hope of getting them removed completely.

The person described as having particularly sensitive hearing akin to a Bat has had enough and has officially pressed charges.

It hasn’t been long since the same thing happened to The Blind Tiger but if they’re able to do it to a tiger with a disability, just because it likes a good roar, then we feel that seagulls don’t stand much of a chance.

The council didn’t realise that The Blind Tiger used to actually scare the seagulls away. They introduced peregrine falcons to cull the pigeons and seagulls but unexpectedly they became friends and began to co-exist peacefully.

We spoke to one seagull that wanted to keep its identity a secret.

“It’s discrimination to the highest degree, how can they ban all of us? I’m a quiet seagull, I keep myself to myself and am careful to go far out to sea for a good caw. It’s unbelievable that they have the power to remove a whole species of animal. We’re a part of the scenery it would be like removing the pier, that amazing wheel or the i360. See you at the flight march.”

The seagulls are planning a solidarity flight march to protest against the order and are expecting hundreds of thousands of Seagulls from across the world to pass over. Venue Concorde 2 are hoping to join the seagulls by renting their own Concorde out to fly with the birds.

The council are concerned that if the seagulls simultaneously defecate it could cost millions of pounds to clean up however it might be our best chance yet of having a White Christmas.

If this can happen to seagulls it could happen to any animals, we’re hoping that it might not happen to Gazelles, but we’re naturally quiet creatures.
