Budget raid with Elias P. Mbau

With unessential allocations excised, the Budget Committee chaired by Maragua MP Elias Mbau goes on to propose the reallocation of the saved money. Reallocations include: sh5 billion to permanently employ teachers, ksh234 million to hire more medical personnel, sh100 million for purchase of sunscreen to be freely distributed to all albinos, sh1.1 billion to be spent on boosting food security, amongst other worth-while allocations.
