Air Liquide Puts Aqua Lung For Sale
An article published by Betaville on Monday, August 29, in the UK states that the French industrial giant Air Liquide has put their scuba diving division for sale.
The bankers hired for the transaction would be Goldman Sachs and the list price, around $400M.
In the USA, Aqua Lung is based in Southern California. The company manufactures and wholesales scuba diving, snorkeling, freediving, spearfishing, swimming and other water sports gear, around the world, under various brand names including Apeks, Deep See, OMER, MP Michael Phelps, Aqua Sphere and Stohlquist.
