Caren Ulrich Stacy talks with Lee Pacchia about founding OnRamp Fellowship, a program that matches women attorneys who left the profession with one year, paid positions at large law firms. Stacy explains that the fellowships are designed not only to find experienced professionals jobs, but to put returning women lawyers on the path to becoming partners at their respective firms.
