When I was 28, I told myself I’d start my first company by the time I turned 30.
Any later, and it would be too late and I wouldn’t pursue that dream, and I’d be a-ok working for someone else.
I started the company on September 1st 2013… 6 months before my 30th birthday on March 2nd, 2014.
The plan was to scale the company to a self-sustainable practice by the time I was 35.
I’m 32 now, and these three years felt like they moved in hyper speed. So much has happened. Clients, consultants, employees, partners, events. Ups and downs, and ups again..
And now we’re almost half way through 2016 – two and a half more years to figure this out.
