GTtea Ep. 1: Starting Second Semester
Welcome to GTtea, the podcast for Tech students, by Tech students. In our biweekly episodes, host Vincent Batts brings you all the latest happenings at Tech, from student life to school news. GTtea will also feature conversations with students across campus.
This pilot episode of GTtea brings me, Vincent, a first year ME student, discussing all of what’s new about GT this semester. I talk about the new construction which will change the scenery of the campus along with the new format for working out at the CRC.
Additionally, I discuss the presence of COVID-19 this semester. It is going to continue to affect our school-life and it’s best we find ways to immerse ourselves in the college experience while still staying safe. I speak on intramurals, rushing, joining a club, getting a job, or doing your own exploring around Atlanta. There’s a lot to look forward to this semester and we attend a school that has worked to allow us to get at least a fragment of the college experience. It’s best we spend every minute of it enjoying and enriching ourselves.
