The Metropolitan New York Library Council, aka METRO, is a nonprofit studio in Hell’s Kitchen where New York’s libraries and archives come together to learn, share ideas, and collaborate. As an organization, we address the perpetual need for knowledge workers to stay current with technology, policy, service design, and critical thinking as it relates to their daily work.
