With the Group Stage over, the big decisions are on their way
Now that the Group Stage is over, the path to the final is decided. Our Tipsters Team has come together once again to give you plenty of options for your Africa Fantasy team. In their particular competition for the best tips, Dean Ammi jumped to the top with an amazing Ounas tip (he scored 17!), joining the regular José Miranda, who has nailed great tips since the beginning.

His two goals against Zimbabwe put the striker in one of best fantasy picks at 7.2M. He is the designated penalty taker for DR Congo and the match vs Madagascar could be a festival of goals.

Baba started the last two matches for Ghana and he delivered two assists and two clean sheets since he made the starting XI. In a game vs Tunisia, who did not meet the expectations so far in this competition, Baba could be a great differential option at 5.6M, for clean sheet and attacking potential.

On form with three cleanies in three matches, and up against a lackluster Nigeria, with only 2 goals scored in the “easiest” group of the tournament.

Probably the easiest route to Morocco’s attack. One assist in three games and 6.6 recoveries per 87min.

Winning all three matches in the Group Stage, Algeria haven’t conceded a single goal yet. Goalkeeper Raïs M’Bolhi is a good bet if you want clean sheet potential.

In the great campaign of Madagascar, their striker Andriatsima has been underwhelming. He hasn’t scored yet and has exactly 0 shots on target. Either he’s really bad, or it’s about to happen. Cheap option for a 3rd striker.

Algeria’s defensive system improves a lot by the actions of Mandi. He would get a bonus in the R16.

The midfielder with most key-passes per game in the Senegal squad (and 2nd in shots per game, only behind Niang), was as good as ever in the win over Kenya. Uganda won’t be an easy opponent, but the Cranes tendency to keep the ball in the offensive half will open up the space for Sarr’s runs.

He has only connected with the target in 30% of his shots but he’s one of the few forwards to have a guaranteed starting place. With Morocco facing Benin in the Last 16, not even his heavy price-tag (8.7M) should keep you away from this diferential.

The second defender with the most points in Africa Fantasy, Ashraf has three clean-sheets. He is a full-back with lots of offensive potential, having already assisted twice.

If Madagascar is the big surprise in the competition, its main star has been Andrea. The islanders game always goes through his feet and he has scored twice and made an assist.

Kessié is the top assister at AFCON 2019 with three assists. No player has more than him. And with just 8% ownership, his passing ability should give you plenty of points regardless of the result.

Benlamri has been part of a resilient Algeria defence that is yet to concede a goal, and is owned by just 1%. He’s been tackling for fun at this tournament and will be hoping to keep out Guinea again.

Senegal will play Uganda in the last 16. Wagué did not play GW3 and his replacement provided a solid performance with two assists. Should Wagué start, he has a high potential of a clean sheet against a team against which Senegal always had tight results.
Youcef Belaïli | ALGERIA | MID | 6.2M | Owned by 13%
Belaïli was impressive in the preparations for the Africa Cup and continued to perform well in the group stage. He was rested in GW3 which gives an indication he is to start in the game against Guinea.
