Four Hours

“How much time do you have?” isn’t the strangest question but I
definitely wasn’t looking for a big time commitment. “An hour?” He
wanted longer, no less than three. Not the worst request but it
wasn’t going to happen today. I saved him as a favorite and moved on.
Then, over the weekend, with K busy, I dropped by for what I promised
would be a long session. “You can clean up at my place.” is a kind
offer, but I prefer to clean up at home.
