Craig Wright Gave False Testimony and Forged Documents in the Case Against Kleiman

Judge Bruce Reinhart stated that the self-proclaimed Bitcoin creator Craig Wright made false statements and forged documents during ongoing Tulip Trust trials.
In his last decree of March 9, Reinhart writes:
“First, as finder of fact, I disregard the Mayaka Declaration because it has not been adequately authenticated. Particularly given my prior finding that Dr. Wright has produced forged documents in this litigation, I decline to rely on this kind of document, which could easily have been generated by anyone with word processing software and a pen.”
Perhaps Craig Wright had been hoping the judge had forgotten that he had produced forged documents previously?
In 2019, Judge Reinhart ordered Wright to provide the private keys to Satoshi Nakamoto’s wallet, which were supposedly located in the Tulip Trust, to which Wright said he could not do this because he was being held by a blind trust, which he could not access. Wright said that by January 2020, this list will be delivered by courier. Later on, Wright delivered only Bitcoin addresses purportedly holding Satoshi’s estimated 1.1 million BTC.
Wright now has to provide the information about how he obtained the list of Bitcoin addresses until March 12.
The ongoing case concerns the attempt by Ira Kleiman, the brother of David Kleiman, to claim a stake in the Tulip Trust, a blind trust that was supposedly created by Wright and Kleiman, which allegedly holds a million Bitcoins.
