PayPal Crashed

A malfunction in the PayPal payment system observed on Thursday in several countries. This follows from the data of the Downdetector service, which tracks the work of popular Internet resources.
The most active problems are reported in Europe (Belgium, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands) and in the eastern United States. Crash reports also came from Russia, but their number is insignificant.
According to the service, 41% of those who reported a failure experience problems with making a payment. 39% complain about problems logging into their account, 18% do not have a website.
Online payment service PayPal says its systems are back online after a power failure at one of its data centers caused a global outage for several hours.
