Do you think left wing and right wing political views should stay out of video games, films, and comics?

Over the past couple of years films, video games, and comics are always talked about on their political side and not on the fun side anymore. There are many examples of this happening to the point that the creators are harassed and sent death threats numerous times because of their political stances. Seriously! One example is a man called Don Mancini (aka the man who created the Child’s Play franchise) that got backlash and was called a “woke shill” from the right-wing community for having a gay protagonist in the Chucky TV series. Similarly, a woman who goes by the name of Vivzipop, the creator of Hazbin Hotel, got backlash from the left-wing community and called homophobic because one of the antagonists she made doesn’t like gay people; her openly gay characters also have flaws and hurdles to overcome later in the series. This is a serious issue, and we want to know your opinions on this.
