Do you enjoy creating stuff such as music, art, or crafts? January 31st is the national holiday, Inspire Your Heart with Art Day. This day is for making or enjoying different pieces of art.

A small insight for this day comes from art existing for so many years, as far back as the Stone Age. Throughout the years, different art techniques were developed such as watercolors, 3d art, abstract, oil painting, etc. Many famous artists in the past demonstrating their skills has impacted the viewers. As of now, they are still admired for their art pieces and for contributing to art in general.

For example, Leonardo da Vinci has made extraordinary art pieces such as the well-known Mona Lisa, The Last Supper, Vitruvian Man, and much more. The Mona Lisa is his most valuable painting, reaching $100 million in 1962.

Michelangelo is an artist who created a sculpture of David, which was completed in 1504. The statue is 14ft tall depicting the biblical hero, David. He also made other famous works like Sistine Chapel ceiling, The Creation of Adam, and many more.

What can you do for this day? Make or show art pieces for others to see! Making art can help express emotions or the story behind them; maybe plan to go see an art museum. You could even watch a theater performance live, watching the actors in action.

Create something for this day! No matter the effort put it, make it fun.
