I know you’ve probably heard this a hundred times before, but Covid is a serious disease that started in 2020 and is still being spread today. In the US and in the year 2020, there were 350,831 people that died due to Covid; in 2021 more than 771,000 people died of Covid and currently only 944,650 people have died in 2022. As you can see, Covid-19 is deadly and is a serious problem.

Here at LHS we have masks as optional and that’s okay, but if you feel sick or have any symptoms of Covid, please stay home! Even if you don’t think you have Covid, go get tested just to make sure.

To get tested, you can go to your local CVS drive through or a Walgreens drive through. You could also order free tests online using this link:

Remember, just because you don’t show symptoms doesn’t mean you’re not carrying Covid! Remember to wash your hands regularly, cover your mouth when coughing, and cover your nose and mouth when sneezing. We as a community need to keep ourselves and others safe!
