Usually, there are four types of relationships, including the stable kind, the rocky kind, and the admirable kind.

Relationships like the ones listed above, all offer

  • Companionship
  • Comfort
  • Compassion
  • Support

Above all, these relationships are founded on the basis of one common idea — love.

Oh, and the fourth, well, the fourth type of relationship is the Me-Myself-and-I status.

Otherwise known as being single.

Sure, for some it can be hard being single, they have to deal with the constant wondering of when the “right” person or the “right time” will come.

Still, others may see it differently. More specifically those who value the freedom that comes from being single.

Realistically though, not all relationships are perfect — there will be times you argue with each other, and there will be times you will want space and distance.

An important thing to recognize, whether you are in a relationship with someone else not, that you are your own person, and it is okay to seek your independence.

One of the best types of relationships is the one you have with yourself — you should love and cherish yourself just as much as you do with your partner.
