An Evening With Proust and David Bowie
Just another date night with dead friends
Oh, if only I could spend a Saturday night doing quizzes with David Bowie!
The Proust questionnaire is a series of questions popularized by French writer Marcel Proust. It was used as a parlor game in the 1800s to get to know someone better and reveal more profound aspects of their personality.
I learned about this questionnaire when I ran across David Bowie’s answers in Vanity Fair. There are more in-depth Proust questionnaires here and here, but I opted for the shorter one that Bowie did.
