Where shall I begin?
Which season do I love most?
They each have brightness
Each in its own special way.
I will start with Winter first.

As the ground freezes
Trees shiver in their bareness
Leaves have turned to mulch
Colors become dull and cold
The days grow short and shorter

Buds peek through the snow
The harsh dark days of Winter
Begin to lengthen
Flowers burst with bright colors
Birds singing as Spring arrives

The sun shines brightly
As Summer’s long days approach
Bright colors abound
Kids play in Nature’s beauty
Carefree days and breezy nights

Leaves fall in the breeze
Of Autumn’s changing weather
Yellow, orange, red
The brilliance of leaves’ colors
Joining with falling acorns
