Citizen Kane 2 Hires Michael Bay as Director

LOS ANGELES — Warner Bros. Studio announced today that Michael Bay will be directing the follow up to the classic film Citizen Kane. The film, which has not yet found a release date or a cast, will focus on the life and story of the children of Charles Foster Kane.

Michael Bay, who has directed films such as Bad Boys II and Pearl Harbor, will have total creative control over the project. The studio has been quoted saying that they have “full confidence Michael Bay will do the sequel as well as the Citizen Kane brand justice.”
