Hungry? Ask why. Substitute air, and water, for food.

Air and water. Also, food.

According to Einstein, and the physics, of our day, fire is the only element (light is the constant defining everything). This idea goes all the way back in time (defining ‘time.’) To when a zero and a one were defined, and, thus, explained, by basic yin and yang. Fire and water.

Therefore, air and water, for humans, is basic food. This is because hydrogen, when burned, produces water (anger, and depression). Explaining why we rush to food when we’re emotionally upset.

We can short circuit this defense mechanism, with an alternate self-protective mechanism, by substituting air, and water, for food. Whenever you are hungry. If it has to do with sex (too much, or too little). Start with water. Then, go to air. Breathe deep. Etc. You know the drill.

That will keep you healthy and in shape. So your defense mechanism doesn’t take over, and completely ruin the possibility (and the probability) for sex.

All of this is related by the circular relationship between one thing and another. Which you understand. Quite well. Air and water, like fire and earth, are, also, food. Everything is entangled. By the conservation of a a circle. Giving us defense mechanism, escape mechanism, avoidance mechanisms. Sex. And, food.

Conservation of the circle is the core dynamic in nature.
