C Squared is the speed of light, around which, everything is continually contextual (everything is relative to everything else).

This means the background and the foreground share a (continually contextual) (constantly changing) circular relationship.

Continual Contextuality

We can move, then, to E Squared (exceptional effectiveness) once we ‘realize’ the background (and the foreground) is the conservation of a circle.

Background
Foreground

Meaning the background and the foreground is 50–50 (the reason for exchange). Explaining the (circular-linear) relationship between ‘centralized’ and ‘decentralized.’

Exchange

Conservation of exchange (an uber-simple circle) is the core, and, thus, the only, dynamic in Nature.
