We have global government right now. It’s called technology.
Universal identity means a hidden circle uses everything to survive and reproduce. Therefore, technology is the main driver globally, right now (zero and one is X and Y, diameter and circumference, literally and figuratively).

Conservation of the circle is the core (only) dynamic in Nature.
