How to Actualize A Network

Say it’s actualized.
All nodes are the same. So, to activate a network, any network, say it’s activated. There is a circular relationship between one node and another.
This means all activated. None activated. Some activated.
Complementarity is the basis for identity. The self-sufficient state (the activated state). Activated-not-activated. Same state. Whatever you say it is. It is.
Conservation of the circle is the core dynamic in nature.
