How to Deal With Uncomfortable Feelings

Nature is 50–50. No matter what happens.

Uncomfortable only half-the-time.

Complementarity is the basis for identity. Meaning, all of us feel uncomfortable, half-the-time. Half-the-time is all-the-time, from nature’s point of view, because a circle is conserved.

This means we are in complete control of our feelings. If complementarity is involved, uncomfortable, and, comfortable are joined, and, separated, by a circle. Meaning you have to have both, in order to have either.

So this is a complicated way of saying, plan for 50–50. Realize we’re all uncomfortable half-the-time. Nature recovers this for us. The other half? AOK. No matter what.

Conservation of the circle is the core dynamic in nature.
