If Technology is In Control of ‘Us’ What’s In Control of Technology?

If zero, then one, meaning, if one, then zero. An uber-simple circle.
Zero and one is circumference and diameter, literally and figuratively.
This explains why technology is in control of us, and, more importantly, what’s in control of technology.
If zero then one, means, if one then zero. (0 (1) 0). How do we know this is the algorithm underlying nature?
If circumference, then diameter. From pi’s point of view. Where pi is an alternate word for ‘unit,’ ‘God,’ ‘Nature,’ ‘mind.’
Where pi is a dimensionless coupling constant, always in the background, explaining, and in control of, everything. Technology. Biology. Physics. Psychology. Politics. Philosophy.
