(Why) An institution is both an individual and a group.

You can’t have an individual without a group because you can’t have a group without an individual. It looks like this:

An individual shares a circle with a group, meaning the individual plays proxy for a group, and, always, vice versa.

This takes some thinking time. It explains everything. Worth the time.

Conservation of a circle is the core dynamic in nature.
