A two-state system is constant, therefore Y and N, are, T and F, without each other, they have no meaning.
Therefore, whatever you propose is true (and, also, false) (in the world of humans). 50–50.
From a circle’s point of view, true and false, are, diameter and circumference, therefore, any observation is true (at most, at least) half-the-time (all-the-time). (No use arguing anything.)
Conservation of the circle is the core dynamic in nature.
