Is the neutral state active or passive?

If I ask you about the neutral state, would you say it is active, or, passive? The neutral state. This depends on whether you are active, or, passive, how you see, the neutral state, as active, or, passive.

You could say the neutral state is both active and passive. Do these cancel each other out? Half will say yes. The other half, no.

How do we know this?

X and Y articulate diameter, and circumference, of a circle. You cannot have one without the other. Therefore, from the circle’s point of view, there is no such thing as ‘state.’

So, active, and passive, are human concoctions. Causing lots of problems for nature. Nature doesn’t care. Nature is a neutral state (the self-sufficient state) called ‘pi.’ This proves a circle has control of either state, both states, all states. (Pi cares nothing about state).

Conservation of the circle is the core dynamic in nature.
