The ‘Reality’ Called ‘Disassociation’

Everybody knows disassociation is the ‘body’s’ way to keep itself ‘safe’ when ‘trauma’ strikes. It’s the body’s way of saying ‘back off,’ ‘move on,’ ‘let go.’

Meaning, we use disassociation, all of us, half-the-time, to stay involved, engaged, safe.

Here and there. Every where. Half-the-time (safe).

Or, another way of saying this is ‘ignoring’ what’s in front of us, is nature’s way of giving us a ‘protective’ device. And, you can watch animals use this protective device, as they ‘see’ us, stay ‘still,’ ‘observe carefully,’ figure out, for themselves, whether, or not, ‘we’ are, a threat.

And, then, if you watch an animal carefully, you will see it ‘ignore’ (or pretend to ignore) you. Out of one eye, or the other, the animal is ‘watching you, as above,’ while it, disassociates, in order to plan its escape (or not).

Half-the-time, all of us need to ‘escape.’ Back off. Move on. Let go.

This is because complementarity is the basis for identity (all systems) meaning half-the time, we are, necessarily, not ‘where we want to be,’ so we must disassociate (ignore, let go).

The other half, then, not-so-much. Explaining confrontations that happen on purpose, or, accidentally.

Over time, we learn to deal with complementarity, and, also, identity, ours, and ‘others.’’

In the meantime, we can dig more deeply into the hidden circle that explains, and is in control of, reality. So that we don’t have to disassociate. We can stay engaged, and, mentally, just ‘let go.’ Also called, play along, ignore, etc.

In some religions (all religions, actually,) this is called ‘detaching.’ Over time, and, even now, we all learn this. Half-the-time we are detached. The other, not possible to be detached.

So, it’s best to take some time and ‘know.’

Conservation of the circle is the core dynamic in nature.
