Zero and One are Circumference and Diameter, Literally and Figuratively
The basis for technology is the conservation of a circle.
X and Y is 0 and 1, diameter and circumference, literally and figuratively.
Therefore technology and biology mimic each other (biomimicry).
We are always on the boundary (between one and two). Zero and one is one and two (X and Y) (X and X) (X and X’). Complementarity is the basis for identity because duplicity (duplication) is the basis for a unit.
