A standout building in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.

You go to Yellowknife for the natural beauty. The northern town sits on Great Slave Lake, below the colourful Northern Lights. While walking through town, While its latitude poses many challenges for the built form, I did find some buildings that stand out. This building, with its two tones of colour and unusual shape, shows that interesting architecture can happen, and work, anywhere.
