CloudDocs Now Accommodates Documents up to 50MB in Size!

New in version 2.9, the size limit for files stored in CloudDocs has been increased from 5 MB to 50 MB. This allows scanning more pages into a single document or using a higher scanning resolution.

Beginning in August, CloudDocs fees will be based on the total data stored, rather than the number of documents stored. Most clinics will see a reduction in their document storage costs.

CloudDocs Storage Fees (effective Aug 1, 2018)

• Up to one GB: Free
• Storage over one GB: $19 per month
• For every additional GB in use over one GB: $1 per month

Example fee calculation

Data stored in excess of 4 GB will be charged at an additional $1 per GB per month
