VAC Category 1 and 2 pricing, updated WorkSafeBC 83D73 form, and more!
The enhancements and fixes described below have been released for all Canadian clinics.
Catalogue now includes Category 1 and Category 2 pricing for VAC
The hearing aid catalogue now includes Category 1 and Category 2 pricing for VAC, DND, and RCMP (Previously only Category 2 coverage was included).
When ordering aids that are covered by VAC/DND/RCMP, users will be able to select either Category 1 or Category 2 coverage, and the correct pricing and benefit codes will appear on invoices, estimates, and claim forms.
Updated WorkSafeBC 83D73 form
This form has been updated to version R17/10.
Bug fixes
Editing an invoice removes the submission date
The invoice submission date and notes (shown on the 3rd party receivables screen) were cleared upon saving edits to the invoice. This has been fixed, and the information is now preserved.
VAC claim form: Problems with archiving, emailing, and faxing
A problem when trying to lock the form caused Blueprint OMS to freeze. This has now been resolved.
3rd party coverage details not shown on “New aid order form”
The insurer name is now shown, along with the patient’s policy number.
