Getting to know our customers is one of our absolute favorite things to do here at 2ULaundry, and every so often, we find this relationship is a two-way street. Take long-time 2ULaundry fan Yisrael Frenkel for example. When we sat down to chat with Yisrael, there wasn’t a fact about our service that he didn’t already know. Blown away by his genuine love and fandom for our service, we got to know Yisrael as more than a 2ULaundry customer — and brand ambassador — but as a father who can always count on us to make sure his clothes are cleaned and pressed on time.

How did you become a 2ULaundry customer?

I work for a non-profit and my wife is a nurse, so we’re both busy around the clock. We were using these odds and ends delivery services for dry cleaning, and they all kind of were not great one way or another. I’ve always liked technology and user experience is really important to me, so when I came across 2ULaundry it immediately caught my attention. Signing up was so easy and a very streamlined process, and the very next day our welcome kit arrived.

What was your first impression of the service?

It’s just super easy to use from start to finish. I love how simple and easy it is to contact customer service and schedule your pickup. It’s the way every service in 2019 should be.

What is your day-to-day at home like?

My wife and I have two 15-year old twin boys. And with twin boys, it’s just nonstop laundry. One is on a baseball team and the other is on a soccer team, so it feels as though laundry is just dirty all the time. 2ULaundry has been great in helping us get what we can — in our case, mostly dry cleaning — out of the house and cleaned in no time.

That’s so interesting. Often, we find families use our Wash, Dry, Fold service the most.

We’ve used the Wash, Dry, Fold service before on an emergency basis like if we’ve come home from vacation or are in a bind and don’t have the time.

What do you enjoy most about our Dry Clean, Launder & Press service?

I travel for work a lot, and in the past, I’ve always had to calculate how many days I’ll need to drop something off so that I can have it back in time for my trip. With 2ULaundry, it’s not a special request to get my clothes back in 1 business day.

Even with a busy travel schedule, are you the operator of your family’s 2ULaundry account?

Yes, it’s definitely something I’m in charge of, and what I love about it is that I don’t have to write it down to remember for later. If I’m putting clothes away one night, I can just schedule a pickup right then and there for the next day. It’s one of the few things in life that we can just do without planning.
