What is your position at 2ULaundry?

Head of Customer Care in Charlotte, NC. I manage the team of Agents and Dispatchers that provides support to our customers and drivers in Charlotte and Atlanta.

Where did you go to school?

Washington & Lee University. Go Generals!

If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?

A dog because I love making people happy :)

What does a typical weekend look like for you?

Catch up with my friends & family and go hiking or on a walk around South End (mainly just to see and pet random dogs).

Outdoor Voices! I love how the clothing brand blends fitness with fashion without being bold or flashy. They encourage customers to enjoy life by “Doing Things” — moving your body and having fun with friends.

What has your favorite 2ULaundry memory?

Promoting my teammates, Danielle & Luke, to Supervisor positions. I love reflecting on how fast the team has grown over the past two years since I started with 2ULaundry.
