What is your position at 2ULaundry?

Senior Business Analyst in Charlotte, NC. I oversee the analysts in the Customer Care department. We are the team that handles all the escalations from the agents about all the problems that go wrong with our service. We are the proverbial glue that holds everything together.

Where did you go to school?

Virginia Tech — Go Hokies!

If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?

A rhinoceros because I have a hard outer shell but I’m probably a little more cuddly on the inside.
